Orders placed through this web site are typically processed the same day and dispatched by the next day. Orders will remain in a "pending" state until payment is made in full and has cleared. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), and Paypal, with no surchage fees applicable. We also accept direct deposit in to our bank account - the account numbers are presented at the time of payment.
Shipping & Delivery
Univex Telecommunications ships to Australian addresses. Sorry, no PO Boxes. Items are delivered by Australia Post or Courier and require a signature on delivery. Most orders will leave the warehouse the next business day. If you need the item in a hurry, please let us know.

Shipping rates very depending on what is being purchased and where it is being delivered to. There are freight estimators on each product, and a final shipping rate is presented before you make payment.

All returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number which will be issued, along with the return address, after we diagnose the fault. This number must be presented on the address label when returning the goods.
