Ordering & Payments
Orders placed through this web site are typically processed the same day and dispatched by the next day. Orders will remain in a "pending" state until payment is made in full and has cleared. If you need to order on your own stationery, please send your purchase order to info@univextelecommunications.com and we will send you your options on how to pay.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), and Paypal, with no surchage fees applicable. We also accept direct deposit in to our bank account - the account numbers are presented at the time of payment.

Shipping & Delivery
Univex Telecommunications ships to Australian addresses. Sorry, no PO Boxes. Items are delivered by Australia Post or Courier and require a signature on delivery. Most orders will leave the warehouse the next business day. If you need the item in a hurry, please let us know.

Sorry, we do not provide a click & collect service.

Shipping rates very depending on what is being purchased and where it is being delivered to. There are freight estimators on each product, and a final shipping rate is presented before you make payment.

Faults, Returns & Replacements

Often we can sort problems out over the phone. Sometimes we need to get the manufacturer involved as well. We are here to help and will do our best to resolve faults as quickly as possible.

All returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number which will be issued, along with the return address, after we diagnose the fault. This number must be presented on the address label when returning the goods.
